Explore the world of hand building clay with instructor Richard Lo Piccolo. Students will work from sketches of concepts you want to create.
Four-session workshops provide an opportunity to advance skills of combining slab and extruded clay constructions to create functional ware. In addition, students will learn beginning kiln loading and firing operations.
Richard has an extensive background in clay, jewelry, bronze and glass from his early days in Illinois and later at Loyola and Tulane.
Fee includes a limited amount of clay, glazes and firings.
Members receive a discount on workshops and classes.

Eligibility for discount is based on level of membership. For Student and Friend memberships, the individual member is eligible; for all other membership levels, the member and immediate family (up to four people total) are eligible. Memberships will be verified and must be active the date of the workshop(s) to qualify for the discount.
