Express yourself in watercolor. Joleen will demonstrate basic fundamental methods and watercolor techniques that make up the foundation of this luminous, transparent water media, for beginners and intermediate students.
You will learn about tube colors, color theory, brushes, brush strokes, dropping in color, glazes, and developing values. Come experiment and create with this rewarding media.
Joleen studied at The Cranbrook Institute of Art in Detroit and the Cleveland Art Institute in Ohio. She has also done graduate work at the University of Wyoming and Colorado State. Joleen has been teaching watercolor for 25 years. The class is limited to 10 students.

Eligibility for discount is based on level of membership. For Student and Friend memberships, the individual member is eligible; for all other membership levels, the member and immediate family (up to four people total) are eligible. Memberships will be verified and must be active the date of the workshop(s) to qualify for the discount.
